The mission of AZREX is to provide our members with education and mentoring they can utilize to provide creative solutions for their real estate and business transactions. We also provide a platform for our members to network with each other to solve problems and achieve goals.

Education
Through both the National Council of Exchangors (NCE) and our local chapter, members receive invaluable industry specific education on such topics as creative real estate formulas, equity marketing, transaction structures and more. Many of our members have earned the prestigious designation of EMS – Equity Marketing Specialist from the NCE.

Arizona Real Estate Exchangors Providing a platform for real estate professionals to assemble and achieve common goals. AZREX members strive to meet a high level of education in real estate marketing, real estate counseling, real estate taxation, real estate financing, real estate management, and real estate exchange (equity marketing) as determined by the National Council of Exchangors. AZREX professional’s first priority is to represent our client’s interest and goals. Each highly qualified AZREX Professional is licensed to practice real estate and trained and experienced in one or more of the following areas:

Equity Marketing
Equity is more than simply the difference between the dollar value of property
and the debt owed on the property. It is also the “benefit” value added to the property. Equity marketing is the art of improving a client’s personal situation by exchanging current property ownership benefits for an improved set of benefits to be realized from the process
Meetings
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 9:30 AM AZ time. These meetings are held via ZOOM and in person at Stewart Title, 3939 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85711
Member Benefits
AZREX hosts regular meetings which allows members to bring their problem properties and transactions together to get input on potential creative solutions.
Members can post their packages on our listing page, as well as having networking and support opportunities with other members.
